Where are your products made?
All garments are designed in the UK and embroidered to order by our UK-based production partner. Each piece is made fresh. Never mass-produced.
What sizes do you offer?
Our polos are available in unisex sizes S to XL. We use a modern tailored fit. Not too tight, not too boxy.
You can check our size guides at the bottom of product pages for full measurements and fit tips.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Each order is embroidered and shipped within 3–5 working days.
UK shipping typically arrives within 1–2 days after dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We’re currently focused on UK customers. If you're outside the UK and interested, let us know.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in original condition.

What if there’s an issue with my order?

Do you release limited drops?
Yes. All our pieces are released in limited runs. Once a drop sells out, it may not return.
